The Professional Ownership Team Nancy Conover, President Commercial, Personal and Marine Insurance Nancy wrote her first policy in 1964 while still in high school. She joined the Shore Agency in 1979 as a customer service representative. As President, Nancy handles all aspects of the business which gives her a great perspective as the insurance market goes through its normal cycles. This deep understanding of the market and its products assures that our clients receive the professional advice they deserve when purchasing insurance protection. Kirk Conover, Vice President Commercial and Marine Insurance Kirk was licensed in 1994 for all lines of insurance. Drawing from his years as a business consultant and retail business owner, Kirk knows what business people need to protect their interests. His knowledge of boats make him your perfect marine insurance specialist. Kirk is also a licensed Realtor, and a licensed NJ Aquatic Farmer. Finally, Kirk has a BA in Economics from Rutgers and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
